We endeavour to dispatch all our orders within 2 working days from the UK via Royal Mail
2nd Class (2-3 working days from dispatch) £3.50. FREE for orders over £50
1st Class (1-2 working days from dispatch) £6.00
2nd Class Tracked (2-3 working days from dispatch) £5.50
1st Class Tracked (1-2 working days from dispatch) £8.50
Heavier items may be sent via courier
Delivery to Europe is currently on hold unfortunately. We are aiming to have this service available again in the new year.

If an item you have ordered reaches you in a damaged condition, please let us know immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within seven days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unused condition. Quote your name and order number when emailing us. We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition.
