How to dry brush

Before showering or bathing, begin on dry skin and move the brush upwards in long, sweeping strokes over the limbs, using circular motions across the torso and back. Apply lighter pressure to sensitive areas such as the abdomen, breasts and neck. Brush towards the heart.

A few overlapping passes per area is enough, as too much pressure can break the skin. Never use your body brush on skin that is broken, including sunburn, scrapes or cuts and do not use the natural body brush on the face.
