Come and join us for a delightful collaborative, in-person workshop where you'll dive into the wonderful world of essential oils to create your own signature aromatherapy blend as well as making your very own ceramic burner to diffuse it in! In this hands-on session, you'll explore the art of mixing essential oils to create your own unique aromatherapy blend which you'll be able to use to fragrance your home in your hand made ceramic diffuser/wax melter.
The workshop will be split into two parts. During the first half of the workshop, you'll learn the ins and outs of blending essential oils, and will be guided by me, Lisa of Elsie Moss Botanical in crafting a personalised 10ml aromatherapy blend that truly reflects your style and wellbeing preferences.
After a short break, ceramicist Mel of Earth Paper Fibre, will guide you through traditional hand building techniques and support you in designing and making your ceramic diffuser.
All materials are included in the workshop and there will be multiple glazing options for you to choose from. No previous pottery experience is needed, and we're sure you will totally surprise yourself with what you can create! Once complete, Mel will fire and glaze your burner and have it ready for collection from the shop, or we can arrange to have it posted out to you if you're not local.
You’ll leave the workshop with knowledge of how to blend essential oils along with your very own signature aromatherapy blend and, after a couple of weeks to allow for firing - a beautiful, totally unique, hand built ceramic wax burner, together worth £40. Come along by yourself or with friends. It's a wonderful opportunity to spend a couple of hours completely immersed in mindful creativity and have lots of fun!

Spaces are limited to keep the workshop small and personal, so early booking is recommended. We aim to finish on time but please allow a little extra time just in case we overrun a little.

On-road parking is available outside the shop and along the street. The street is residential, please park considerately and avoid blocking driveways etc. Parking is also available on Chatsworth Rd (the main road that runs along the end of Heaton St.)
Bookings and cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please note that bookings are non-refundable. If the workshop is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
