How to Use

Before showering or bathing, use your dry body brush on clean, dry skin. Starting at your feet, gently brush upwards towards your heart using long, sweeping motions. Continue over the legs, arms, and torso, always brushing towards the centre of the body. Use light pressure on sensitive areas and firmer strokes on rougher skin. Follow with a warm shower and your favourite body oil or moisturiser to nourish and hydrate freshly exfoliated skin.
